A parent should create and keep the password. Use at least 12 characters and save it in a password manager. There is no email password reset.
Separate safety checks
A username and password establish a parent-managed login; they do not verify age or identity. Parents can create a basic player account after signing in. Social features keep their separate server-side verification requirements.
Real-money purchases
Paid purchases remain unavailable while parent approval and payment processing are being connected. Signing in does not charge money or unlock paid items.
Your data
Parent usernames and protected password hashes are stored on the server. Session cookies keep sign-in private from page scripts. Room chat is removed after one day, inactive rooms after twelve hours, and voice signals after one hour.
