This site has protected player accounts and may store a nickname, password hash and salt, avatar, sessions, game progress, achievements, virtual items, moderation records, and safety messages. New non-Owner accounts, public player profiles, friend requests, online multiplayer, chat, and voice are locked until real verified parental consent is connected.

Where GDPR or similar law applies, visitors may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to eligible processing, and may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Requests can be made through Ars Longa Media's contact channel. Visitors may also complain to their local data-protection authority.

Children should use only a nickname and must not provide a full name, address, contact details, school information, photos, location, passwords, or other private information. Existing players can delete their account and related server data from the player profile.

Soren's World does not intentionally set non-essential cookies in this current version. The site counts anonymous visits using a random token in session storage, which is not a cookie and is not shared with third-party analytics. Visit deduplication tokens are removed as new visits arrive after 24 hours; aggregate daily and lifetime totals remain. Winning milestone receipts are saved in browser storage and hashed on the server so the winner can claim a prize. Claimed prizes, collection balances, pack openings, and trades are stored with the player account. World Forge stores game worlds on the server and uses first-party session cookies to keep guest saves separate. Shared play uses approved player accounts; guest worlds are isolated. New tabs and sessions after 30 minutes can count again. The counter does not store names, IP addresses, individual page paths, or browsing histories. A hosting provider may use strictly necessary technology for security and delivery. If analytics, preference, or advertising cookies are added later, visitors in regions that require consent will be offered a choice before those cookies are enabled.

Video thumbnails are not loaded from YouTube on this site. Clicking a video leaves Soren's World and opens YouTube, where Google and YouTube may process data under their own privacy and cookie policies. Browser settings can block or delete cookies.
